Will it be up and running before GRFS release? Or alongside it?

If you want to be respected, fight fair. If you want to win, do what is necessary.

can this system be used on a PC or is it restricted only to smart phones and tablets?

I love that Ubi has listened to the community and brought over something similar to BF3's Battle Log, and COD Elite. I just hope they did it right. The worst thing about both of those services is that you can't access most of their features from in the game itself. I hate logging out of MW3 to launch the Elite app on my 360, I also hate logging in on my computer just to check out something real quick. Please Ubi make sure we can access all the features of the Ghost Recon Network from in game and you've totally destroyed your competition in this area.

Awesome! Give us something we don't need while totally neglecting what the fans really want in terms of actual gameplay! Brilliant!

I know it will initially run on pc, but, what other devices. It shows a tablet. Will it run on Android devices, how about windows phone? I just don't want to turn on my pc to check something out, i know, lazy. But like someone said in a post above, have it accessible from within the game somehow, that would be the perfect fix.
