Launcher has stopped working | Forums

I try to launch the launcher and it says launcher has stopped working...
I tried to reinstall .NET framework and it didn't help, I also went to windows features and checked all .net framework boxes and yet it didn't help.
I would be happy to receive some support.. Thanks

This is a recurring issue which we are currently looking into.
Just to try something out: Have you tried going into the task manager, selecting launcher.exe, and terminating the process before trying to start the launcher again?

I just did, didn't change a thing.. still getting this error :\

Please put me on the list of people having the "launcher has stopped working" problem. I tried varying the video and realism settings but still got the error even at the lowest settings. I would like to know when this gets fixed.

Then again i was having a problem before in closed beta 3 that didn't get solved either.
