Im looking for a good guide or tips on Hosting a private game of GR GRAW2 (Steam) campain coop ?

Tired looking around on google , even did some manual port forwarding , but when trying to host a game of GR GRAW2 campain coop with a friend of mine (Both of us have the game on steam) we cant see each others game. Ive tired UPNP , no UPNP , manualy forwarded ports I found mentioned on the net.

Some people on the Internet just suggest using its LAN mode with VLAN software, but I would perfer using the native Internet gamespy or uplay option
