My PS3 crashed and I had to buy a new one. I reinstalled AC:R and all the DLCs I had purchased, including the Lost Archive DLC.

For some reason, the Crusader character is showing up, but the Doctor and Jester are not. That makes no sense: I didn't have any of them prior to the DLC. Why is only one showing up?

Also, I unlocked the Knight on my UPlay account prior to the crash. The Knight isn't available. I looked for a download or an activation option in the UPlay menu and there's nothing. It just says that he's unlocked. How do I get him back?

I'm rather upset since I had a perfect 100% unlocked file for the multiplayer which I play often, and now I'm not getting the characters I paid for. What do I need to do to get them back?
