Can't get pass Login screen in-game | Forums

I put in my username and password and then wait when it says "Connecting" or what it says, then I always get a connection failed. Really want to play the game. Any help?

Even says servers are online, which is a first for me. :-/

Hey there, sorry you're having some trouble. Try disabling any firewalls/anti-virus, make sure TCP ports 80 and 3074 are open, and clear the cache/cookies in your browser. If none of that works, submit a support ticket and include details of what you've already tried. Also keep in mind that server hours are 6:00 PM - 1:00 AM Eastern time so you know when the servers will be offline or online. Hopefully we'll see you in game soon.

Im having the exact same problem, as soon as i try to log in it says connection failed

Edit: Nevermind fixed the problem, I had to disable network sharing with my xbox 360 since it uses the same port as GRO.
