I pre-ordered my Assassin Creed Revelation game and got my Uplay Passport up and running without a hitch! Now, it says that my trial is up 4 months later? Are they only temporary? But more importantly, how do I get another one? I tried downloading, but it still ask for a code. HELP.
The same thing happened to me today, so maybe it's a widespread problem. I filed a support ticket but since I don't keep photographic records of my game receipts I'm sure they'll just tell me "too bad."
