It's interesting when the AEGIS first started bouncing grenades, yes for the first day or two teams pushed like crazy with it. Then I started observing some side-effects and counter-reactions creeping in to our internal play tests:
    • Timed grenades become more valuable. This is good; before this most people used impact grenades.
    • Blackout becomes more valuable ... this [anecdotably] seems to be helping with the "too many recons" problem in our internal tests. Every team wants at least a couple Specialists.
    • Because Blackout tends to be around more, I've noticed it being used more to counter other abilities too, especially a Blitz-oriented push. Try this: it is enomously satisfying to pull off.

So what you're saying is blackout is overpowered? It counters everything. heh.

Seriously though please fix assault specials (make blitz do some damage (20-50 would be enough, it's a single target hit), or outright cancel other class abilities (like blackout) - I've hit stealthed recons before and it doesn't pop them into visible. Makes it hard to find their bodies to make corpses. And a blitz hitting a spec in his bubble doesn't help the team - the assault can't stop because he'll get hammered by the 3 other guys in the bubble.. shrug. Just suggestions.

Take heat, shine it up real nice, and show it up.. well just throw it out.
