I look forward to you countering mine >=D
IDK the jury is still out on wither or not I feel Aegis is to strong. I am certain that i is the strongest ability atm, when our team pops Aegis we almost 100% of the time can push up another 50 meters. I think Aegis just needs a longer cooldown, I know some people don't want to see that (Jace) but honestly until I start seeing other teams countering my Aegis with abilities of their own I just don't know...

The change to Aegis made it so that, most of the time, teamwork is required to shut it down. Before one person could put and end to a deployed Aegis. Once people learn the game and start using voice chat to coordinate better, I think you'll see Aegis set back a bit in its paces.
On a semi-related note: I sure hope assault gets some love soon, that class has got the weakest abilities in the pack.![]()

Got that right. I think increasing the cooldown is one of the worst things that could be done to AEGIS. It is currently 150 seconds, and 129.25 seconds fully upgraded. Though I don't think it should be nerfed, better "fixes" would be 1) longer charge-up time, 2) shorter duration, and/or 3) make it "pop" due to damage sooner.

i don't think its as bad as most people think. I have an aggressive play style. so when i see a bubble I get right in there to shoot him down B4 my whole team is wiped out by it. in short the biggest problem with it is that people are far to intimidated by it. so they do the 2 worst things when confronted with it. 1) shoot at the bubble knowing u cant get past it or 2) run away when there is little to no cover, so they end up getting shot in the back.
my Tip if the bubble is coming you're way sit tight "if" you can, then when he's right on you charge him.
Just remember that the AEGIS energy drains a lot faster when hammered with a high DPS weapon.
