It is 'mem-test', just download it, burn it on a disk and reboot the PC with the disk in the DVD Drive. Don't plan on doing anything with the PC for a few hours. (It works in DOS) and will test ALL your ram. That will tell you if you got bad ram, you still need to go through your ram sticks one at a time to determine which one is bad.
