No where in that definition does it say it's declaring necessity or even absolution.

I'm just saying, I went off of what I defined should as, which can be globally defined as optional or suggestive.

dang dude your tripping out. I havent read the rules in like a month and clearly remeber that bit that all videos must be 30 seconds or less why would you want to send anything longer then that? As if they want to watch an hour long video of you bagging for a t-shirt~! I hope u dont kiss your mother with that same lip!

Oh, guess you're right.

Doesn't matter since it was stated in the OP. For future reference, "should" means "required to" when it comes to contests, always has in every contest I've ever entered. Seemed black and white to me.
