With the Aegis shield yes you need, and the Cloak is still visible even if its activated or sb from your team uses Oracle or Vector Detector!

Yes it will! Everybody will have a chance to a fresh new start, including us, beta testers! But we will receive special stuff after the hard wipe

Are we going to see more character or gun customization in the future? (even a little bit?)

Ghost Recon Future Soldier has awesome weapon customization and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 has awesome character customization, I would love to see these getting combined :P
Even though I am being a bit naive, at least I think a f2p game would not have these features.
