Hi all, I just bought a brand new SH5. I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled the game.

when I click play the game intro starts in the top left corner of my screen with no sound (yes my speakers are on)
once the intro stops a window pops up with the option of playing the game. I click on play and the same thing starts again.

Has anyone else experienced this?

what is it I'm doing wrong?
