Oh that guy, I tend to stay away from those types of threads since they usually turn into somebody insulting someone else because they have a difference of opinion on what makes a game balanced. Btw Typhoon what am I the winner of? Anybody know who hoak is in-game?

He was the person giving the technical explanation of how things work from a code point of view. Then several folks pounced on him for something or another. Then the thread was closed.
I know that doesnt help, but that's who hoak is.
