Wow.The Ubiworkshop Edition is the only edition NA gamers could get. I'm already canceled my preorder for this game because ubisoft broke my heart. AC games was my favorite games series but now they are in the garbage in fact I gave my steelbook case to my neighbor because such disappoitnment. Another loyal fan that you lost with me ubisoft and if I play this game althought I doubt it I will wait until playstation release him in the PS store.They are many fans groups here in the state where I live that will intend to do the same as I did but they are waiting for this monday to see what ubisoft have to offer us in the E3.

No where does it state this is the only CE we in NA will have the opportunity at. I could in fact be true, however I'm waiting to at least E3. I mean, I want to know as well, but we are still 5 months away from release.

Do the single player packages have skins in all of them?

I know you get skins if you order from certain stores (and I think those also come with single player missions) but the CE's specifically do not have skins, as far as we've been told.

Also UbiWorkshop stated that "We're not involved on the NA special edition strategy."

Not that it means we're getting one, but darn if they aren't trying to overload our senses with stuff to buy, here =P

I spoke to the regional manager of Gamestop for my area, and he brought up all the various versions of AC III even the Ubiworkshop version. which I was surprised he knew about. to make a long story short he seems pretty confident that North America will be offered a Collectors edition of the game, and Gamestop will carry it. I was there to finish paying off my Bordelands 2 Deluxe ce. So I asked the store manager what he thought whether or not G.S would get a Ce for AC III. and he said I am not sure but there is someone here today that we can ask. I don't know if it means much. but they seem pretty confident about it.

He named all the European versions, and even made mention of the Ubiworksho edition. but he seemed very confident the United States/ NA would be getting a Collectors edition as well... he ended by telling me that the store would call me as soon as it was announced and upgrade my standard edition for me. The way the Borderlands deluxe CE sold here. and as popular as AC is over here and the fact it's during the American war of Independence they would be crazy not to. But the guy seemed really confident we would be getting one.

No offense Esco, it's just that no one really said that the Ubiworkshop Edition was an North American exclusive special edition. They were more just saying that they hoped that this edition wasn't the only edition that was going to be made available for those of us who live in N.A. to purchase. I understand that there are those here that are getting tired of hearing us in both the U.S. and Canada griping about the EMEA Editions, but when you get a poor CE for Brotherhood and then you get no CE at all for Revelations but rather some lame Signature Edition, you can see why most of us are frustrated with no news of an N.A. exclusive CE. I for one hope this all changes when I watch the Ubi press conference when it starts here in a few minutes.
