    Buddies at Mikes Bar Jumping up and down.

    Anyone seen this? Trying to open or close out a Buddie Mission but the NPG keeps jumping (Right, Left, Up, Down). The dialog keeps restarting everytime they jump so you can't trigger the conversation to start or end a mission. Same with the Reporter Collecting the Jackel Tapes.

    Vertical Sync was off. Turned it on and so far all is well.
