have not gotten my beta key through email yet | Forums

Hey, i pre-ordered my ghost recon game at gamestop last night, i made an account with Uplay, i entered my beta key code i got from gamestop, and its been nearly 24 hours since i activated my key code, and i have yet to receive it in an email yet? whats the hold up?

Hi, the beta doesn't start until April so don't panic. If it doesn't appear by next week then please contact technical support.

ok thanks, i was worried because when i created my uplay account for ubisoft, the webpage did not say to activate my account and i didnt and i put in my beta code from gamestop and.. didnt get an email with the xbox360 beta code lol thanks! so the codes will be sent via email when beta starts?

If you preordered the game through Gamestop then the code should appear the Monday after you preordered it. For example, you preorder the game Wednesday, it will come next Monday.

thank you for the info that the codes are not out yet. i am not sure if i even did what i need to set up the code.
right now i'm a bet upset that the ppl at gamestop did not know that u could not get your code yet.

could anyone walk me through the steps so i know i set up everything correctly, so i will get a code. i believe i put in the code from the receipt and i set up an account on this site and i got a welcome to uplay email. does all this sound right? i'm setting this up for my son. thanks

Hi guys, you should keep the codes somewhere safe. You will not be able to redeem them until the beta has started. We will have information soon about when the beta will start.
