Getting BSOD after a few minutes at title screen...

I had the game installed on an older system with XP. Now I just reinstalled it on my new system with win 7 64. The title screen comes up and then after about 1 minute, the animation locks up, I hear the music for a few more seconds then I get the BSOD. This is the first game i have had any issues with so far. I can run Crysis 2, and Skyrim at max graphics with no issues. I am downloading the nvidea driver that was released this week, but i doubt that will do any good. Does anyone else have this issue?

I'm not sure if my dxdiag will help but here are my system specs...
