    The settlers online uplay not avaible

    Like the title says when i wanna log-in to the settlers online i get a message uplay not avaible try agian in a few minutes well a few minutes went to hours..-.-
    i cleared my caches and cookies but i still get the same.
    I want to log-in to buy gems today cause ya get 50% more hope i get a answer...
