Hi,

As with all games which use the ubi launcher, you need to simply sign in with the account you used when you first installed the game.

The games CD key is linked to that account.


So, when prompted just enter the username and password for the account, and it will allow you to play.

If you have problems remembering the details, please contact Ubisoft support.

Tnx,but I know that. I entered username and password(first one from 2010),and I logged in,but when I wrote the key-game said that is in used. So the account is proper but key doesnt.Have you any clues ?

I have the same problem here. Despite the fact that I can see the Conviction achievements I get on my uplay account, they keep telling me that my cd key is already used.

I have the same problem here, I can't enter the serial and the game is missing in my library. When I check me wins it says that I already played.
