the last 6 hours i cannot log into the game, the interface does not appear and there are only broken words and some of the game's options that cannot be selected because after that the game crashes. whats going on?

Hi Ubi, can u please help me to get in to this game cuz it sends me this:
Authentication error: please check your login details.
I actually play M&M: Duel of Champions and i don't have this problem...
I Like to play this game cuz i have a voucher from the gamestop so i would like to use it.
