    System Specs?

I feel my fps have been lower than they should be, I can sometimes drop down to 30 but average around 40 and get as high as 53..

    CPU:AMD Phenom II X4 960T 4 Cores @ 3.0Ghz
    GPU: AMD 6870 1GB
    RAM: 2x2GB

What's in your system and what frames are you getting and at what settings.

    CPU: Intel i3 350m
    GPU: Onboard GMA HD
RAM:4gb, no clue if it's 1333 or lower

    15 FPS on low
    20 on a good day.
I hope there's some tweaks for this game so I can peak 20, the game's so smooth.

    CPU: AMD FX6100 @4.1Ghz
GPU: GeForce GTX275 856Mb (Pretty old but get the job done :P)
    RAM: 8GB Kingston DDR3

Havent messed with any of the visual settings cuz I don't want to pick up any of the lag I hear people complaining about so with w/e the standard settings are I run about 70-90 FPS give or take a few.

    at home:

    CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q9550 @ 3.4Ghz
    GPU: GeForce GTX 460 1GB v2
    RAM: 8GB 1066 OCZ Reaper
Result: 60FPS w/vsync & triple buffering forced through nVidia CP

    At work:

    CPU: Intel i5 Sandy Bridge @ 3.0Ghz
    GPU: GeForce GTX 560 1GB
    RAM: 4GB 1066 Kingston
Result: 60FPS w/vsync & triple buffering forced through nVidia CP

Check two things: if you have AMD Dual Core optimizer installed, you may try uninstalling it to see if that Phenom is paying attention to it and force vsync.

    CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 830 @ 2.80 Ghz
GPU: Radeon HD 5450 2 GB (Yeah not that great but better than the integrated card I had so it was worth it)
    RAM: 8 GB

Low, 800x600. 40-50 FPS (Playing at any lower FPS makes me play worse so I want all the frames I can get).

    CPU: Intel i7 2600 @ 3.4Ghz
    GPU: Geforce GTX 580 1.5GB
    RAM: 8GB

1920x1080 on high I get 60 FPS. Even when recording.

If that card goes missing, it wasn't me.

My computer has AMD A6 quad-core with Radeon HD 6520G graphics, but I still have massive amounts of lag. Any suggestions?

Just what was said above. Make sure AMD Dual-Core Optimizer isn't installed (lots of games like to install it, so it may be from another title), and failing that, limit the cores to 2. I'm shooting in the dark, but that's all I can think of atm. Make sure vsync is forced on through your ATI control panel.

    Intel core i5 2500k (3.3ghz base clock)
16 gb ram (typically running 3-4 virtual machines via vmware, so I don't have all this available).
nvidia geforce 8800gt (oh the shame)
20mbit down / 3 mbit up connection (and everyone is still a single red bar on the scoreboard :/ )

Not sure on the fps, but it doesn't stutter at all @ 1680x1050
