I am sure we all appreciate this updated info, I know I do. However, I'd like to get some clarification for my fellow gamers.

Apparently there is going to be an open beta and closed beta. Questions.

1) Who will have access to the closed beta? Is it those that have Splinter Cell: Conviction or those that have preordered the game or will both have access?

2) Follow up to question 1. After the closed beta, who will then have access to the open beta? I am assuming anyone that has Splinter Cell: Conviction or has a preorder will have access to the open beta.

3) How long will we have access to the beta once it goes live?

4) How much time will be between the closed beta and the open beta?

the OPEN beta is when you can play with the ps3 and like pixie said;" we don't have exact dates yet, but as soon as we know, you wil read it here"...
The CLOSED beta is for xbox and you need splintercell conviction for that...and like the OPEN they don't know when, but stay tuned..

Wait what? The XBox gets the beta b4 the Ps3? Why? Is this the old micro$oft bribing companies again? I dream of a world where we just have 1 console and it'll put a stop to this petty console war/ exclusivity rubbish....

Edit: just re read your post and the closed beta is for the conviction guys only which is totally understandable considering they should have had it 2 years ago.

Can some one from ubisoft please confirm somthing about close beta for ps3 players , I can not beleave closed beta is for xbox only , and I a would think open beta is just down loaded from psn please confirm this , I have pre orderd game , please this needs to be sorted out as beta is out soon

the splintercell conviction game was only on xbox so there for xbox wil be the first to play the (closed) beta..
the open beta wil be in about 3 or 4 weeks (geuss'ing, please don't kill me)later and is accessable to the people who pre-ordert the game and those people wil get an e-mail from Ubisoft..
the pc version wil come out later and i don't know if the open beta also comes later

I have just input my beta key here at the site and it told me that I will have instructions emailed to me, any idea when this might happen? Also I did have conviction, however, I traded it in, this is about 2 years to late for me to hang on to a game that drove me to the point of boredom due to no community support. I am super excited about this game, so please let me know when I should receive an email. Thanks

Ghost recon future soldier is arriving in may on consoles and the beta is available in april

dont mean to be a **** but just eager like a lot of people the beta won't come quick enough
and the actual game seems like years away
