yea with the prompt gone the contested kills should be only more common if the kills are being too sloppy or chase kills.
Hopefully they put the delay on smoke bomb back because its a bit annoying getting legit kills from outside the smoke negated or while Im in a kill some other guy drops a smoke bomb and cancels my kills.

Third person kill animations (so you can put on locks while getting a kill, great for assassinate), personal lockssssss!!!, and a Gametype along the lines of "team assassinate"...

Are you kidding me?... The stun range and speed is so overpowered that pursuers are sometime even afraid to attempt to kill their target. I disagree with you. The stun speed is perfectly ok. The stun RANGE should not be the same as the kill range, it should be about... 3/4ths the length of the x range. That way you couldn't just run up to your pursuer because you have no abilities and be rewarded with an honorable death. Is way actually requires you to use you abilities. Corner stunning would still be possible as well. That's my opinion.
Edit: oh wow... I think I read your words wrong... I realize what you said now, I thought you meant "the stun animation is too long"... Sorry. Oh well. Stil valid points in my post so I'm keeping it lol.

Wow, that makes us two. I read that all wrong as well, was shocked that someone actually suggested to make stun animations even faster.
I think that everything went wrong when they added the option to use abilities during stun animations. If they added in ACB that would've worked, but with ACR's speed it gives the target too much power.
Pruned some of my suggestions and going to put them back so everyone can see. (and bump this thread)
-Smoke Bomb is not to be useable in a kill animations, Mute, Decoy etc. are to be useable.
-You cannot use gun on someone who is in a blend group.
-You cannot use gun while under the effects of knives.
-Firecrackers have the full blinding effect +throwing but a shorter range and 75 second cooldown.
-Locking in kill animations.
-Getting stunned will reduce your kill streak by one, not at all with kill buffer.
-Acrobatic is only +50.

was thinking no kill animation. much like a stun to where it just happens nothing special.
-No throwing of the abilities(smoke, firecracker,tripwire, etc.)
-GUN HAS A RANGE TO IT! also no bonuses, as in no kill bonus therefore no gun streaks
