They are still working on these bugs, but it's taking time. We believe that it is related to a loss in connection, most commonly associated with a slow internet connection. If you contact support we can talk to you about it on an individual basis and work out what's best for you. In general, make sure that you aren't running a lot of other applications in the background, torrenting, streaming videos etc.. as this can slow your connection and result in losing your patient.

Where can I get help for a bug I'm experiencing? It's really frustrating. I've sent a question, I've posted in this forum, and nothing seems to be getting a response. What hoops do I need to jump through to get somebody to pay attention and fix my game so I can play? Or is it preferred that I just quit the game??
