For the profile with the missing patients, this is a known issue amongst multiple players, unfortunately and the developers are working on a fix, but they do not have one at the moment.
For players who are not interested in waiting for the resolution, Support has offered to reset their game and provide a bunch of free stuff. If this is an option for you, please contact Support at at https://secure.ubi.com/register/Login.aspx
Please make sure you are logged into you Uplay/Facebook Account. Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category.

I would like to reset my game, Im not that far into the game, I cant revive my patient, the patient not even in the bed. My desk says Im 100%m progress. I was told on Facebook to come here.

Cannot receive gifts
I have tired to fix this problem with your fixes. It still doesn't work. Is there anyway to fix this. I am not going to buy anything so if it doesn't get fixed I will quit playing. There are many others that have the same problem.

Once you register with Ubisoft, click on Support, then choose Support again from the drop down. Then you will see a bar that says Platforms - select Facebook Games, then you will see "Ask a Question", then select Facebook Games - and House will appear under that list.
When I contacted Ubisoft Support about my issue of being unable to resuscitate my patient, they asked me to reset my game but I chose not to because I didn't want to lose everything I earned in the game. They also said I could wait until you guys fix the bugs which I will chose.. Then u guys had an update to fix bugs but I'm still having the same issue for about 2-3 months. I have been patiently waiting for you guys to fix this bug. I attached a few pictures of my issue where I cannot resuscitate my patient, it asks me to over and over to resuscitate my patient.
This is what Ubisoft support said:
Because of the nature of the bug you encountered, we are offering game resets along with a compensation package to affected players. The compensation package consists of the following items:
-20 of each med
- 20 of each item
- 2000 Budget
- 5 House Credits
- 5 Smoothies
- 1 Panacea
Please remember than an account reset will remove all progress and purchases. If you would like to proceed with an account reset, just let us know! The items will be awarded once you re-add the application after your reset. We will be glad to refund any and all purchases with appropriate transaction numbers or proof of amount of purchase.

The other available option is to wait until the development team finds a solution for this bug. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated wait time for a permanent fix.

What case are you working on?
What country are you in?
What browser are you using to play?
Were you replaying old cases or completing a case for the first time?
What type of internet connection do you use (Broadband, Cable, Satellite, Mobile)?

Any plans on fixing the "plrease resuscitate" bug?
Im on level 57 so not worth re-setting,.. so please can you fix the bug which is somehow making patient be resuscitated over and over again .. been nearly nine months now and would really like to play this game again. thanks
I am at a point that this game is worthless since I still can't Resuscitate my patient. And it appears no one cares since its been over 6 mos that I have had the problem and there are other player that have been in the same place for almost a year. I have grown tired of reading the same garbage of you are working on it. Perhaps you need to get a new crew of programmers and stop collecting money for any of the extras in the game and until you fix the game offer more freebies to everyone. Yes, it's costly but guess what the longer this bloody game does work the more people who use to play will spread that it isnt worth playing because of the bug. FIX THIS ALREADY
