Unable to run D:\Myst32\setup32.exe | Forums

Everyone seems to have a different issue with their copy of Myst.
I cant get past this issue (Unable to run D:\Myst32\setup32.exe), I have a DVD burner instead of a player, however it does play DVD's just fine.
Info on my copy of myst is, regular copy of Myst for windows 3.1 or windows 95, for 256 colors. I have an original in the case DVD of Myst.
I have windows 7, I can open the folder with the files listed, I can open those files but still cant get the game to run from there (same issue with the run or auto run
file). I did look at the other threads under the Myst tech help forums but did not see my exact issue?
I have windows 7 home premium serv pack1 with 64 bit operating system. I have a DELL desk top PC one year old it's the inspiron 570
model.
