On the PC, if you play offline once a new savegame is created, which then overwrites the savegame in the cloud. So, assuming the Xbox works the same, then you only need to play it offline once.

I deleteted the saves, the xbox catche removed the game from my harddrive, but it still remembered my PEC challenges.
why?
I think they are attached to your profile by Achievements. The only way I heard you could clean everything was by starting a new Live account...which no one wants to do. Just live with it, ditch your spas and use the M3.

^ haha, yeah. Same thing happened with the MP-446 Viking... even more hilarious when the game bugs and your sight/laser are all sideways. Good for a laugh at least.
I sure hope the gunsmith (for SC6) rumor is true.
