I have the download il2 1946, I have windows 7, when I try to activate, it says, error connecting to internet. any help appretiated.

Turn off your firewalls (including the windows firewall and the router firewall, turn off AV software and Anti-Adware.

Some Activationprocedures will use pop-up/under windows or even start a new IE instance, so relax internet explorer privacy settings.

Once you succeed in registering, you can up security and privacy settings again.

Same problem. I bought IL-2: 1946 and have Windows 7 64bits. I cannot start the game because it hasn't been activated. Does not recognize internet connection. Followed the procedure on "http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/766" but didn't work. Neither deactivating Firewall and antivirus software.
What is the problem?
