Needing clarification on Specialist team ability
So upon reaching level 9, you've got two Team Abilities. Too bad they cost a lot of RP (understandably so), so I can't afford one yet!
- 1 ammo/second
- 3% increased energy recharge rate
The 1 ammo/second is pretty self explanatory; all teammates get one bullet per second, this helps snipers/shotguns more than LMGs and Rifles. So this can be considered as part of a long-ranged LMG role with bi-pod, etc assisting snipers, or as shotgun assault class.
The second one though, I'm a little confused about. How does it reduce the overall recharge time?
So the recharge time is 150, will that 3% reduce it to 145.5 seconds? Or is there some kind of recharge rate (0.667 energy/second) that is increased by 3%?
Well, actually I guess both methods would end up resulting in the same recharge time. But how does this work?
