Yea a real upgrade same recharge time and its a shorter duration how is that an upgrade alot of the upgraded versions seem to either be worse or the same. Please fix

The higher level abilities allow you to add enhancements to them. You can choose whether to add shorter recharge, longer duration, or more damage capacity to the ability. At rank 3, you'll be able to use two enhancements on your cloak.
