The software needed should be in the download you received when you purchased the game.
i applied for beta and got a key code.. when i put in the key code and try to DL it asks " where do you want to install this"... where am i supposed to install the beta game???? i have a mac

can this be played on MAC.... that is what i am using...
when i DL software after redeeming code i try to open the file for it to install... it tells me that i have to "choose an application to open the software"... what application do i save it to to open it???
PLUS... when i try to DL the latest version of framework.net it comes up as a text file when i try to install it.....

Are you dual booting your Mac? This is a PC game. If you are using Windows on your Mac and having issues then please contact technical support or the GRO support http://ghostrecononline.uk.ubi.com/support/
