in august of 2002 rtl tv showd this on ukrania aerial spectacle accident(warning strong images)


2 days later i got a nervous breakdown and got crazy without recovering


i told my family about this but they didnt believe it, they would ask me if i saw a cross hair like in the games i play

it sounds like the inquiry/court martial was terribly heavy handed .The rear seater /navigator 'co-pilot got eight years in prison !!!HOW could that be justified ?!Also the Airforce head was sacked and the pilot got fifteen years in jail!The two aircrew were also fined millions .

Also, I believe reading the pilot did not even want to fly the routine! He knew he didn't have enough practice, but some higher-ups decided he should do it anyway...

Anyway, this is the current state of affairs in Ukraine...can't seem to shake off the whole underhandedness of the Soviet era. Sending inconvenient people away to prison or elsewhere...

As for the disaster, it was a terrible loss of life. I've seen videos made by people on the ground, and the sights were utterly horrific and blood curdling.

Raaaid, don't believe everything you see on TV. I don't speak Spanish, but it seems like the reporter is highlighting objects on the footage and saying they are missiles being fired at the plane, or some UFO. They're just birds or flies.

I'm really sorry that this caused you to go insane. It is tragic, but you can't empathize so much that you yourself start to injure yourself too.

I saw photos and videos of this horrific accident quite a while ago. That has to be one of the worst airshow accidents of all time.
