This shows a Tiger, Dog and Crocodile in the Show Reel - Take a look, If FC3's Animal / Creature Animation is as good as that in the Demo Reel I will be very happy.

will most of the animals in far cry 3 be wild animals or is there a way to tame them.

would love lots of species of different animals to be in the game such as monkeys, birds, Sharks, Dolphins, Whales, Tigers , Snakes, Lizards, Lions etc.
I just don't know how they'll make them act and react to seeing you. Will they attack, or run away? It would be just as frustrating as running into an outpost in Far Cry 2 on every cross-road.

They should just make a simple fight or flight system. For example tigers, 80% fight, 20% flight. Monkeys 40% fight, 60% flight. Something simple like that. Maybe combined with factors like attacking with machete or an AK.

On the frustrating part, well, an attack from a wild animal is never at the right time lol. It's just a part of life in such an environment. I think it would be cool to get suddenly attacked by a snake or lizard or whatever at the most crappy time, like sneaking into an enemy camp.

For example:
use of monkeys to steal something
or..
start up the dogs on the trail to find a mushrooms
or..
strangle the guard by using snake, using it as a slipknot..

I know.. it is insane ideas..
