I click, hold and drag, I get 0% accuracy but there's no indicator of any kind?

Sorry for a late reply (didn't join the forum until today). I think you're meant to aim to get the flow up to the blue highlighted area; I've been getting better acuracy when I have. Mind you, I'm not completely sure...

Click and hold the little arrow below the syringe and slowly drag it upward. The faster you drag it, the faster the blood is drawn, You're aiming to stop in the blue area of the syringe, so when you get the blood in that area, let go and it stops.
