When I start Heroes 6, it starts without offering an update to 1.2. My current version 1.1.1.

Why it is not updating automatically? Someone please explain.

I am in the US and the game is not a copy. Original purchase.

try to start gu.exe in the folder where you installed the game.
For me autoupdate didn't work either
