What's it like to work at Ubisoft
In 2009 I graduated from a videogames degree and, like so many here in the UK, are still looking for work. I also play a number of different universes from Ubi -- The Settlers, Splinter Cell, Assassin's Creed and Ghost Recon -- so, today, have been reviewing jobs on the Careers subsite. However, as good as your company is, there is virtually no infromation whatsoever about your branches, or the benefits/incentives of choosing to work for you over your competitors...
I was wondering, therefore, if you could shed some light about the employment package when working for Ubi. Since I was unable to perform a placement during my degree due to the Recession, I'd also be interested to know how your Internships work.

Depending in the role and the region, there may be differences, so it's best to contact your local office, if you see a role your interested in.
They should be able to supply you with full details of the role.
I am going too be quick but I have recently been to an open meeting at my school I'm only fourteen, I have always wanted too be a game/level designer but I am just wondering what I would need too become that. I love playing games and it has been my dream too work for my favourite company Ubisoft so when Im old enough i want too be ready too work for this company.
So what qualifications would I need and such so I can work to achieve them.
Thanks Billy Barton.

hi im fourteen and when i finish school i want to be a concpet artist for ubisoft and i just wanted to know what i need to do to become that. im already good at drawing but could you tell me if theres anything else i need.
also i know you are based in canada so could you tell me if i could live in the UK but still work for you
And Ubisoft are based in France. They have studios in Canada, but that's not where the company is based. They also have UK offices (There's one in Surrey, according to their "Contact Us" pages), so you should be able to find something.
EDIT: I probably should have said that last bit I just deleted. Even if Ubisoft Support did deserve it (and more)
