hey when i try to log on online i get the error which is in the subject, ive tried every thing turning off my fire wall. adding ports to etc but nothing has worked. i hope some one can help . thanks

right i tried to do that but i did not have a settings.ini file ?

Sometimes restarting your computer/laptop again will help clear this problem. However, there is a long term problem as has been suggested, such as a firewall.
