Pc version is a waste of money. I can guarantee that many of the people who have consoles and a pc are never gonna pay for a penny for this game now that it gets a pc release.
Piracy on pc is laughable easy but most of the console gamers don't want to mod their console and lose warranty and access to online.
Pc gamers are the biggest whiners and the smallest market. Usisoft will spend a fortune on support just because there are thousand of different hw and sw combos on pc.
Not to mention how much money does ubisoft spend on DRM and testing, porting etc... They will only waste money on this pc release.

First of all PC Games have much more easy Controls then Consoles do IE: Mouse & keyboard. Some people can't adapt to those Console Controls.
& Number 2 The Graphics are always way better on PC than Console.

I myself will always be a loyal PC Game Buyer. And am looking Forward to the PC Version of this game!

The problem with PC games is people tend to stick with them too long. Gaming companies have to support them for longer and that makes the overhead more expensive. Also PC gamers are picky where as consul gamers are easier to please. That is because they tend to be more single player where pc gamers are more multiplayer.
Another issue is that there is so many different configurations of PC's and this causes support issues. For example my one PC has a board that supports x-fire but i am running a nvidia card on it. This has caused me issues in certain games. (dont ask me why but i have had tech support try to figure it out with me) consuls are easy becuase the issues tend to all be the same. As far as pirating goes, steam has made it so easy to get a PC game that this in itself has cut the piracy rates. Consul piracy rates arent high because it take a little know how and once you set your xbox up to do it you will at some point get banned off multiplayer. this isnt much of an issue for a lot of consul gamers as again... they are mostly into single player anyways.

The PC version is indeed a waste of time and resources. Not because I don't like GR, but because it is going to be a CHEAP and UNSUPPORTED port. I didn't buy a single Ubisoft game since R6 Vegas. I didn't even bother pirating one. Yes, I'm in the 5% who didn't pirate any of your games.

Games are designed on pc's ...pc is where they should stay. Any dev that ports is a sellout. Ghost recon future solider for pc has been specially built for pc and is not a port.

Going to buy multiple copies of this for friends and family. + most of my friends are buying it anyway, there is obviously money for it. 98% of GRO community will quit that trash game for this one.



Also... ALL GAMES on console are PORTS. They were created on a PC not on a console, get your facts straight.

got to love the console fan boys talking smack about pc while their games are made on.. wait for it.... a PC! now that one was coming from nowhere did it now console fanboys ? well might be true that a lot of people pirate the games but dont act as if that doesnt happen on console.. i know a whole bunch of people that pirate games on consoles.. its just that the amount of console gamers is bigger than the PC gamers because consoles are cheaper and also more mainstream for the people that just want to play a game and not worry about what windows/mac os wants you to do before you can play

Console Players would be whining too if it wasn't going to come out for Consoles. Like I said before, PC is always better because of Controls and Better Graphics and also Consoles are more of an Arcady thing. The only time I will be switching to Console is if you can play it with a Mouse and Keyboard and have the same graphics and Physics as a PC. But until then I am with PC on this one! Oh and another thing I forgot to mention,
CONSOLE GAMES can be Pirated also
