Synchronizing failure every time | Forums

Every time i go to log in to HEROES VI it always tells me "synchronizing failure" and asks if I still want to play so I just click play. Then when I log off and it goes through "Synchronizing save games...." it always ends with "Synchronizing failure" as well.

How can I get this to work? I have never seen it once actually successfully Synchronize since I got this game...

There seems to be an issue with your saves synchronizing online. You can disable this feature and just have the saves stored locally. What you will need to do to disable the online sync is to choose the Settings option in the upper right hand corner of the opening Game Launcher screen. In there you can deselect the Enable Saved Game Synching option.

Having the same issue with Assassin's Creed Revelations...

i disabled the sync option in the settings, even deleted the entire directory under \username\appdata\local\Ubisoft Game Launcher... and it's STILL trying to sync the savegames everytime I start the game... even though I have NO savegame to synch.

Currently trying to figure out how to reinstall the game without redownloading completly with Steam... will try repair first

I think I am having the same issue with all the Ubisoft games, i think ubisoft need to look into it, either improve it or remove it.
