Since the game lacks the ability to actually construct a set workout routine and only bothers to flag (quit literally) certain workouts it recommends you do, what workout plans have you all come up with? I'm looking to put something together, but honestly it's a little overwhelming, especially considering I can't find a comprehensive list of all the exercises in the 2012 version of the game. Basically, I want to make sure that I'm choosing the appropriate workouts for my goals.
Ideally I'd like to create two different plans; one plan that focuses on building and toning muscle (think arm curls, pushups, sit ups, lunges, presses, etc...) and another plan that's more cardio focused. This is essentially a P90-type plan which would allow you to alternate between the two each day. Has anyone put together a plan like this?
