    Unable to connect to Conflux

    I launch the game, but it won't connect to Conflux. I've flushed the DNS host. Didn't help.

    Please try this;

    To resolve this issue, you may need to manually install the GameLauncher software, which handles the online authentication in the game. Please note that this software MUST be installed to play the game, and cannot be uninstalled or disabled.

    First, you will need to uninstall the "Ubisoft Game Launcher" software from the 'Add/Remove Programs' (Windows XP) / 'Installed Programs' (Windows Vista and 7) icon in your computer's control panel. It's possible that the "Ubisoft Game Launcher" software will not be listed if you have already uninstalled it, or the game. If so, you can skip this step.

    After uninstalling the software, you will need to manually delete any leftover files in the C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher (32-bit versions of Windows) or C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher (64-bit versions of Windows). Please do not skip this step, it is very important.

    Once you have manually deleted the files left in that folder, you can reinstall the GameLauncher software from: http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orbit/lau...rInstaller.exe and then you should be able to start the game.

    This solution does not work. I followed all the steps and helped nothing. I have still the same problem. The game starts but in offline mode because it can't connect to Conflux.

    I got the same problem and your solution didn't help. I habe been thrown out of the campaign and couldn't relog - restarted the game like 10 times. My internet works (obviously) stil perfectly!
    Please help!

    Are the Servers down?!

    I have been having intermittant issues connecting to the conflux today also. It kicked me once, but I quickly reconnected and was fine for 2 hours or so. About 1 hour ago i lost my conncetion again, and am now unable to reconnect. I've tried the fix Ubi-Mush posted but that isn't fixing my issues. If it helps at all, I'm in Saudi Arabia. My internet connection is working, but it tells me to check my connection. I've also ensured my firewall and antivirus program isn't blocking it.

    Conflux down for me too

    I'm in Canada....4pm Eastern time. Can't connect to Conflux for past 30min. Obviously our PCs are not the problem. Why doesn't Ubisoft have an outage page up for this? ...or do I just not know where it is?
