I was scanning the web earlier for new information in regards to AC3 and kotaku are claiming that they have obtained evidence that the new game will be set in ancient Egypt.

Already a thread about this. It's typical of Kotaku to come with such rumors. I wouldn't read too much into it.

They are using the fact that Darim goes to Egypt as the proof. Kotaku isn't reliable for information. A few months ago there was an article about 3 possible locations including this and America.
Kotaku isn't worth the time spent reading it.

actually i like the idea of egypt. i believe it would do the ac universe a good to set their focus on egypt and give it that egyptian feel lol. And the thought of going inside a pyramid just to find a secret entrence inside stirs up a feeling of AWESOME lol
