I load game and then click on case file, which takes me to my last case (finished) I go to lab click on case file again for new case when the background goes white and cannot click on anything so I reload and the same thing happens.

Could be a save has got corrupted, please contact technical support.

Hi I have just started playing the game up till now I've had no problems. Today I have started to play and when I went to the lab to process item and then go back to scene the screen goes white. I refreshed the page and decided to visit friends and I got the same result.

Numerous times the computer don't identify monitor , and you require install CD for your monitor and that computer remember the settings , but I believe your computer it's infected with a virus, I think so ! Try to scan with your antivirus. Good luck!
