    How to make custom subtitles?

    Hello everyone. Conviction has got many fans in my country. But we don't have subtitles in our langauge. So I want to make subtitle in our langauge but I didn't found the langauge files. Can someone tell me where is the langauge file and how to edit it? Thanks.
