Unlocking predecessor missions in Fortunes Edition? | Forums

Hey all, I bought the Fortunes Edition of Far Cry 2 about a year and a half ago from Direct2Drive. I've played it all the way through and recently discovered through reading the forums the predecessor missions, I've searched the forums and tried all of the codes that I've found to unlock the missions but none of them work. They just say Invalid Code when I try to unlock the additional content. Anyone else have this problem, or a workaround? Thanks!

So, what about those that bought the game/s online? They don't come with a CD or book, just a printable invoice receipt and that contains no "key" information.

UPDATE- I found my CD key in the old Email I got from Direct2drive when I downloaded the game, so lucky that I saved it! It unlocked the predecessor missions no problem.
