Wow. You people sure get angry a lot.
Lol, Chrono! Lol! I would buy the map pack when I have time. I really hate playing the same maps over again anyways! And to the dude who wrote this, these are just opinions and how he feels. How does he know what we want? Heck, I might be buying them just because I had too much money. Lol! Love your troll!![]()

^THIS^.
I bought both DLC because I wanted new characters to play with (the ones that came with the game are bleurghhh and I've now got my Officer replacement = Corsair), and because I wanted both NEW maps and to play on San Donato, Florence and Siena - the first two were among my favourites on ACB.
BUT, that doesn't mean that I think there isn't room for improvement on ACR; in particular many of the bugs that have been mentioned in countless threads, OR that ACB ought not be fixed.
Example from yesterday: in MH. I had the correct target locked (saw her enter a blend group). A teammate approached from the opposite direction and locked the NPC NEXT TO my correctly locked target. I enter the blend group, press the but/ton to kill - I kill the NPC, get stunned by the target WHO STILL HAS MY LOCK ON HER HEAD; teammate kills her and I get 50 points Assist Kill bonus.
Why would my purchase of either or both DLC mean I cannot report and/or complain about it?

Who says I'm obsessed?
I have bought both the DLC so far knowing fully about the consequences of my purchases as well as being completely aware of the problems this game has. The only one I currently regret buying the moment it came out was the map pack. I wanted to be part of the boycott for not buying the map pack so that, perhaps, Ubisoft will pay attention to those players who play and enjoy the online portion of game. I really want Ubisoft to fix most of the problems that the multiplayer has at the current time, and I feel that giving them more money to do nothing is not helping at all. Reason why I did not think upon this basic theme of knowledge sooner was because, despite it's many flaws, I enjoy the mutiplayer that much. This is practically the only online game I play now these past few months, and I have not brought much thought to the problems it may have. The main problem I want fixed in this game is the matchmaking. I want to be able to play with my friends online and not be forced to separate cause the game has an IQ of a drunk man taking pain killers on a subway track.
As for me buying the character, yes, it was purely for cosmetic effect and, when it initially came out, people started to overuse it every chance they got, but I still enjoy to have a little more variety in the games I play for fun. The map pack is not bad at all, I just wished I could have been a little more patient in waiting for a stupid patch to get into this game.
The last thing I might add is that, in the large scheme of things, there is not that many things you can justify as a proper DLC for AC. Practically the only things are map packs, new characters, and single player DLC, which are at least not as bad as CoD, which makes all it's DLC $15 for 5 maps no one likes. Seeing as to how the DLC is coming along so far, I would suspect that the last DLC is coming next, which is probably a single player one containing any pre-order bonus missions, a brand new chapter, new costumes for Ezio, and the Crusader and Ottoman-Doctor characters for multiplayer, all priced at $10. However, if no patch has come even at that time, I think it is safe to say to give up on Ubisoft when that time comes.
Closing now for insults, racism and language. :/
I'm sure you can find another Topic about the DLC to post in.
