    New spin game doesn't work either

    The new spin game has the same issue as the previous one - there is no free spin. Maybe you should just credit us two credits each day until this is fixed...

    Resuscitate Patient not work - i already tried 10 times.. it is known lag? :-(

    Why do we have the same issues in late August that were happening in June? This seems like a fantastic way to make people leave your game. House MD is a fun way to kill time but if you/they can't fix the bugs we (the players will leave and advertise!)

    The resuscitation issue is still being worked on, unfortunately.

    For players who are not interested in waiting for the resolution, Support has offered to reset their game and provide a bunch of free stuff. If this is an option for you, please contact Support at http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/answ...st/p/2070,2454.

    Please make sure you are logged into you Uplay/Facebook Account. Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category.

    hah....a bunch of free stuff not worth the time and effort and enjoyment i have put in this. I know it is a beta and I will wait patiently...but if it doesnt get resolved better than throwing a few free token gifts at me in exchange for my level 101 doctor and lots of time....I WILL NEVER PLAY/RECOMMEND A UBI GAME AGAIN.

    hopefully there is a process that is being executed and the fix is coming...BETAs are for finding and figuring out how to fix issues...maybe that is what they are doing

    kinda sounds like :
    1- your computer is not up to par to play the game...it is a fairly processor and gpu heavy load. how old is your computer?
    2- browser memory leak. the longer most all browsers run they continually use more and more memory until it will crash. some browsers are worse than others...wont mention any names but hirecox has always had this problem.
    3-java and flash need updates/cache dumps.

    under collections go to collect multimeds 1 gland, heart, and digistive meds multi pack won't let me collect and been trying for days and it is not showing up in my inventory

    Hi Wendy,

    They should go straight to your med count, not your inventory. If after checking they are not going to your med count either, please contact support at -http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/ask for help with this.

    Once you register with Ubisoft, click on Support, then choose Support again from the drop down. Then you will see a bar that says Platforms - select Facebook Games, then you will see "Ask a Question", then select Facebook Games - and House will appear under that list.
