i need help my xbox fezzes when i press the start button it works on my other account ps. i downloaded it so its not the disk please help

same thing happens to me :/ xbox says its on ubisoft's end, and they say its on xbox's end..... don't know who to believe all I know is it's pissing me off....

I did what you said, and redownloaded everything from the dash board this time and it won't work.

Your game saves have become corrupted. Remove them and all will be well.

I just purchased the lost archives dlc through the in game link as it is on sale xbox live and after i downloaded it i have found that my main game save does not load i just receive a white screen with sfx. wouldn't have bothered getting this dlc if i had known it would corrupt my completed main game

Same here. Backup save is corrupt as well. Tried to leave the game on the white screen which allowed several Mission complete statements to pop up. That changed my game percentage say from 0% to 53%. But I still can't load it still corrupt ugh.

This is what happens when dlc from in game menu is used. Doesn't happen when done from the dashboard.
There is no remedy, patch or fix - all you can do is start from scratch.
I was 95% completed when it happened to me, so I had to replay the entire game to get 100% competion, sigh...

No refunds on DLC, sorry. Just start a new game like I did and play it again, it's frustrating but easier the 2nd time thru... and the dlc content is on your menu now.

My game would freeze randomly through my play sessions. It happened several times last night, and finally I let the last freeze tell me it was time to quit for the night. This morning, I went to load my last save and it freezes on the game load. I am assuming my save game is now corrupted. Not quite as bad as some of you... mine is at about 80% (or WAS now that I guess I will have to start over).

The game is great, but it is pretty buggy and some of the lack of explanation of control or change in controls in different sequence is infuriating. But what is the point if the saves keep getting corrupted?

I noticed there are two save files but I don't want to delete something or the wrong thing to try and correct the issue and loose my progress... if I can recover it somehow.
