problems with connectivity and game play
Hi Support
I raised a question through support several days ago and sent computer information but no response. I can't continue with the game in Beyond the within because when I win the last battle, the cut scene doesn't kick in leaving me stranded in the middle with the demolished castle.
Now, my saved games aren't syncing with conflux.
I am a huge fan of heroes, please don't let me down by not answering and not helping.

Hi,
I found that on the 7th the support team requested system information from you. The ticket hasn't closed on their end. They are just waiting for a reply so that they can move forward with troubleshooting the issue.

I responded with system information on 3 occasions but they have not got back to me - someone please help. Now my games aren't syncronising as well even though I have removed and repaced the ubisoft game controller on two occassions. I love this game but with these problems and no-one seeming to help .......

I see that the system information attachments that were requested were finally sent by you yesterday afternoon after my post letting you know that the support team is waiting for a response. There was a reply email sent back to you this morning with steps on a resolution.
