First of all I would like to tell you thank you Ubisoft for creating a game I really enjoy. That is when I get to play it.

I know you tried to create a game with variety that broke the rules of previous HOMM games and I appreciate that, but please look at your forums. Every time I am on here, from the day the game came out, I see post after post of problems with the game not working and 99% of that problem involves having to connect to your servers. I do hope you are able to iron all the bugs out eventually and haven't completely ruined your reputation to all of the HOMM fans out there as I would like to see future HOMM games. Please learn from your mistakes. Good luck with all of the work you have ahead of you. I look forward to being able to play this game without an issue every other time I start it up.
